Hello, Dear Internet~Land! It’s time to start sewing the designs in the 7 Coats ~ 7 Colors Collection. We’ll start with RED!
7 Coat Pattern Set Now Ready for 11 Inch Size
Whew! OK, Internet~Land, the 1/6 scale (11″/28cm) size set is now ready to be posted! This set took a while to get ready because it was a LOT of work to scale down and add all the needed text to the pieces. These images had to be reduced twice, since the copier I used did not have the option to hand type in the percentage I wanted. Some of the pieces still need to be assembled just like in the larger scale size, and remember to be mindful that you may need to cut outside the pattern edge to make sure you have enough seam allowance. It’s as close as I could get, so as always ~ try a design in an inexpensive fabric first to ensure accurate fit. Many of these pattern pieces were also too small to include the design images, so the smaller ones are matched with color coded dots. For all you fellow Mattel 11 inch BTS Doll collectors I hope this will be a helpful addition for your sewing ambitions! Enjoy!

7 Coats ~ 7 Colors BJD Pattern Collection
Hello, dear Internet~Land! I hope you are having a wonderful weekend. Here in the US, we are enjoying our Independence Day holiday, so I’ve had an extra day off work. It’s given me time to finish up the new pattern collection and get it formatted for posting! I was trying to keep the images away from the sides of the paper (to help out those who use A4 size), but many of the pieces needed to be positioned right on the edges to help conserve paper. Even with that effort, it still ended up being a 41 page file! To make it easier to match the correct pieces, I’ve done something new. I added the image of the completed garment to each piece needed to sew it. The only exception is the bonus button-up shirt. I was too deep into placing images to draw out that one (since it was added later), so it’s just labeled like normal. Hopefully this will make organization of your collection much smoother. I’m also going to try to cut some of my own fabrics this weekend, so we can get to sewing. This first version fits 1/3 scale male BJDs with a slim-medium build, and was designed specifically with the Basic Pattern Set for the MiroDoll 66cm male body. When making the pants for fellas with a little more thickness, just size the back darts to your specific doll before adding the waistband. This allows for a more versatile selection of sizing. I’ll be working on 1/4th and 1/6th scale versions as well in the next few weeks. In the mean time, you can enjoy this larger version and size it down on a copy machine yourself if you are needing the smaller sizes right away. Happy sewing!

Greetings, dear Internet~Land! It’s time to introduce the next project series. The new collection will include pattern pieces to make seven different, newly drafted coats, four shirts, and three pair of pants. Unboxing a New Addition to my Crew
Hello, hello, dear Internet~Land! Today we have a new unboxing video for a female BJD sculpt from one of my favorite companies, Angell Studio. After we review that lovely lady, we’ll take a look at a cute little dolly collection I stumbled across at Dollar Tree. At the end of the video I also give a brief announcement for our next project series. Enjoy!
Theme-Park Bounding 6 ~ Headbands!
Greetings, dear Internet~Land! I received a message asking about the assembly process for the headbands in this series. I can’t believe I forgot to include them when making the clothing items. So, here to officially finish out the project, is a video showing a couple different ways these can be put together. Enjoy!
BJD Theme-Park Bounding 5
And now we come to the finale ~ the Snow White pieces! Enjoy!
Theme-Park Bounding 4 ~ Finishing Frosty Pieces
Hello, Dear Internet~Land! We’re back to finish up the last pieces for the Frosty style part of our collection. This part of the series included a total of nine pieces: back-pack, oversize snowflake t-shirt, snowflake capri length pants, snowflake pocket hoodie, wide leg shorts, lacey leggings, button-up blouse, three tiered skirt, and sparkle white full length pants. Below are the links to the pattern set in both SD (1/3 scale) and MSD (1/4 scale) sizes as well as sewing video number 4 in the series.
Theme-Park Bounding Part 3
Hello, dear friends in Internet~Land! I hope all is well and that you’re ready for the next installment of our Theme-Park Bounding outfit adventures. This video will feature two pieces for the “Frosty”/”Snow Queen” set. I will link the SD (1/3) size and MSD (1/4) size patterns here again in this post above the video link. We still have a lot of items to sew, so stay tuned!
Theme-Park Bounding 2 – Fabric Choices
Hello, hello, Dear Internet~Land! Along with a video to look over our fabric selections for this project, I have also put together the pattern in the smaller MSD (1/4 scale) size for your convenience. It is reduced to 70% of the original draft, and should be workable for a variety of 1/4 scale dolls. I will post the PDF pattern link with an image of the pieces below the video link. Enjoy & happy sewing!
